Sariwon

Smokeless Grilling is one of the most popular dinning experience nowadays
Why? Well, I guess it looks cool when you post it in Instagram?
Seriously why, let's list them all.

1. Meat Freshness
Marinated man nila or hindi, the fact na hindi pa siya luto, fresh na yun ;)

2. Feeling Chef
No rules. No steps. Just grilling some classy meat.

3. Comfort like a Boss
Grilling is actually known to be done outside, 'Ihaw'.
Smokeless Grill gives you the comfort sitting with air conditioners and with no 'pawis' at all.

Here in Sariwon they offer a variety of Korean Foods. Kimchi, Kimbaps, and all. They serve Soju, which is Korean's Wine.

Sariwon specialize in Korean Barbecue. Their menu will be sets of their house meats like Bulgogi and Galbi wherein you can choose from plain to marinated. With a set, comes along 6 side dishes and a salad.

1. Mash Potato? Sweet potato? I really don't know haha.
2. Dilis with some sweet-chili sauce
3. Toge
4. Kimchi
5. Kangkong ata with chili sauce
6. Melon strips looking are Luya

Side Dish: Kimchi

Salad

The set that we ordered is from their Off the Grill Specials which is Galbi.

Galbi280g., juicy and tender marinated USDA Choice beef short ribs
Galbi's meat is tender and marinated in some sweet sauce that when it grills the aroma of the beef sucks in your nose to eat right away.  Whatever you like, weather you like it medium rare or well done, it taste good both ways.

Galbi is suggested to be eaten like a shawarma. The wrap will be the cabbage, beef will be the Galbi and instead of tomatoes and stuff, you will put in mushrooms or toge.

Well its in Bonifacio High Street on a weekday, so expect waiters to wave at your face those menus and greet you at the top of their lungs.

In Sariwon, we got in and was able to sit right a way. Ordering was an ease, since the waiter who assisted us, did not just take our orders but she her self gladly explained the different sets that they have and as well as giving her own opinion what to get.

3minutes after ordering, our side dishes were all given and the drinks too. After 5 minutes, the salad and Galbi were laid.

Sariwon will hit at the top 10 restaurants to go in Bonifacio High Street.
